You don't come to Leo's because it's delicious. You come because it's the perfect place to roll out of bed and walk to when you're too lazy or hungover to make your own food. It's solid home cooking. The hash browns are flat and really nothing special, but it's affordable and the wait staff is all very nice and friendly. I don't suggest bringing a family here on a Saturday or Sunday morning because many hungover students are loudly reminiscing about their night before. During the winter, I suggest not sitting by the door because sometimes it's so packed that people are coming in and out constantly.

Fast, good food, and good service. Sometimes it's really busy, but it's close to campus, pretty cheap, and fast. Love their Greek salad!

Leo's is always solid. The food is always good and so is the service. You can't beat the prices.

Definitely not the best Coney Island you'll ever go to, but I love that one opened in East Lansing as another cheap option for breakfast food and late-night eats. The restaurant itself is an L-shape, attached to the Marriott. There was a guy "acting" as a hostess by the door on a busy post-football game night. I say acting because he looked like he may have just rolled out of bed. He also didn't lead us to our seats but pointed to the booth and told us to go there. The coney itself was just the right consistency and thickness. The fries were pretty forgettable, so I'll remember to substitute it for something else next time.

Good not great. Service is spotty, usually good. Never see a manager here. Food is ok, nothing special.

This was a good place to eat. Very affordable. Service was stellar. My server was Chelsea. Food was hot and delicious. I would eat here again.

The food is awesome, will definitely be back. Service is best service I've received at a coney! Recommend the Greek salads, I can't get enough of them!!

Leo's Coney Dogs ROCKS! !!!! Hands down THE best coney dog I have ever had! I have tried the coneys at Nathan' Famous on the east coast and Pink's on the west coast. They ate both good, but can't hold a candle to Leo's. Leo's buns are steamed, the onions are a tight dice and the dogs are the highest quality. The skin of the dog "pop" when you bite into it. The chili is a rich redish brown, but does not drown out the taste of the dog. Thr service is second to none. Quick, friendly and attentive. Leo's is great for a quick "in and out" meal or a leisurely "dine and chat" with a friend. The restaurant is impeccably clean.

This place deserves 4 stars for having a killer patty melt and fast service. The staff got us seated and serviced rather quickly on a busy Sunday afternoon. I have no regrets in choosing Leo's to help with my hangover recovery. Anyone else notice that the employees here are all rather tall?

Good, standard, Coney place. Coffee was poor, but the rest of breakfast was good, and made to order. But maybe a bit more expensive than it should've been. $18 for two full breakfasts before tip Atmosphere is good with a right-off-the-street feel of campus/East Lansing.

By far one of the best restaurants in East Lansing. Leo's is my go to every Saturday and Sunday morning for breakfast. You might have to wait a few minutes for a table but definitely worth it. The food is always fresh and fast, and I've never had anything short of excellent service.

Seriously one of the worst restaurants I've ever been to. The food was bad; the service was even worse. We waited over an hour to get our food and the waitress was full of attitude. I advise everyone to stay away from this place. I have no idea how it got such a good overall review when the quality of food and service was this horrible. I've been to Leo's Coney Islands in Metro Detroit and none of them were bad. Leo has some housecleaning to do.
